Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Because all payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record, all refunds are issued through Paddle and will be returned to your original payment method.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You are eligible for a full refund if you request one within 30 calendar days of the date your subscription began or was renewed.

This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time purchases of any subscription plan.
  • Annual subscriptions — within 30 days of the annual renewal date.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at ahmed369ww@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • Your Paddle order ID or receipt number (found in your purchase confirmation email).
  • A brief reason for the request (optional, but helpful for us to improve).

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds through Paddle within 5–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Exceptions — When Refunds Do Not Apply

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the charge date.
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Monthly subscription renewals after the first billing period (except where required by law).

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused (e.g., repeated sign-ups and refund requests).

Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. It does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. To receive a refund for the current period, please submit a refund request as described above (within 30 days of the last charge).

After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can typically resolve issues faster than the chargeback process, which may result in immediate account suspension. Accounts with active chargebacks will be suspended pending resolution.
