1. Introduction

Muhammad Ahmed Sheikh, trading as Ahvem ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI application development services, software products, and this website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our Service.

By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Name and email address when creating an account or contacting us.
  • Billing information — collected and processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record); we do not store full card details.
  • Content you upload, submit, or generate through the Service.
  • Communications you send to us (e.g., support requests).

Information collected automatically:

  • Log data: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, timestamps, referring URLs.
  • Device information: hardware model, operating system, unique device identifiers.
  • Usage data: features used, queries made, API call counts, error logs.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Process transactions and send billing-related communications.
  • Respond to support requests and enquiries.
  • Send account notifications, security alerts, and administrative messages.
  • Improve and develop the Service based on aggregated usage patterns.
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Payment Processing — Paddle as Merchant of Record

All purchases and subscription billing are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited("Paddle"), our designated Merchant of Record.

When you make a purchase, you are transacting directly with Paddle, who collects and processes your payment information under their own Privacy Notice. Paddle is responsible for all payment-related data, tax compliance, and issuing receipts and tax invoices on our behalf.

We receive from Paddle: your name, email address, country, and subscription status — sufficient to provide you with access to the Service. We do not receive or store your full card number or CVV.

If you have questions about how Paddle handles your payment data, please refer to paddle.com/legal/privacy.

5. Sharing Your Information

We may share your information with:

  • Paddle — our Merchant of Record for payment processing (see Section 4).
  • Vercel — cloud infrastructure provider hosting this website and our API services.
  • Analytics providers — for aggregated, anonymised usage analytics (e.g., Vercel Analytics).
  • AI model providers — where applicable, to process requests you submit through the Service (data processed in accordance with those providers' data processing agreements).
  • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities — when required by applicable law or to protect our legal rights.

We require all third-party processors to maintain appropriate security standards and to process your data only on our instructions.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., financial records required for tax purposes).

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies required to operate the Service (e.g., session authentication) and, where applicable, analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. Analytics cookies are anonymised and do not track you across unrelated websites.

Paddle may set cookies on the checkout page to prevent fraud and comply with their legal obligations.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may impair functionality.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data ("right to erasure").
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, contact us at ahmed369ww@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. International Transfers

Our Service is operated from servers located in various regions (via Vercel's global CDN). If you are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction with data transfer restrictions (e.g., the EEA), your data may be transferred internationally. We take appropriate measures — including standard contractual clauses where required — to ensure such transfers are lawful and your data remains protected.

10. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and access controls for data at rest.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by law.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
